Tour Package Cancellations:

The following cancellation charges apply based on the number of days before the tour departure date:

15-29 days before departure	25% of total tour cost
8-14 days before departure	50% of total tour cost
4-7 days before departure	75% of total tour cost
Less than 4 days before departure or No-show	100% of total tour cost (No refund)

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed after deducting the applicable cancellation charges mentioned above. The refund process typically takes 7-14 business days from the date of cancellation approval.

Refund Method:

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking
• Bank transfer refunds may take 7-14 working days depending on your bank
• Credit/Debit card refunds may take 5-10 working days
• Online payment gateway refunds may take 7-10 working days

Non-Refundable Items:

• Booking/Processing fees
• Visa fees and charges
• Travel insurance premiums
• Third-party service charges that cannot be recovered
• Special permits or entry fees already purchased

3. Modification/Rescheduling Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to modify your travel dates rather than cancel completely.

Date Change Requests:

• 15+ days before departure: Date changes allowed with a nominal fee of ₹1,000 per person (subject to availability)
• 7-14 days before departure: Date changes allowed with a fee of ₹2,500 per person (subject to availability)
• Less than 7 days: Date changes treated as fresh booking; cancellation charges apply

4. Cancellation by flydivinetreasurekash

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or modify your tour due to:

• Natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or force majeure events
• Political unrest, strikes, or civil disturbances
• Government travel advisories or restrictions
• Insufficient number of participants (for group tours)
• Any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

In Case of Cancellation by Us:

• Full refund of the amount paid (no cancellation charges)
• Option to reschedule to alternative dates
• Option to choose a different tour package of equivalent value

Important: We will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by you, such as visa fees, travel insurance, or connecting flight tickets in case of cancellation by us.

5. Special Circumstances

Weather-Related Cancellations:

Kashmir's weather can be unpredictable. In case of severe weather warnings that make travel unsafe:

• We will work with you to reschedule your tour
• If rescheduling is not possible, applicable refund will be processed
• Partial cancellations (specific day activities) will be refunded on a pro-rata basis

Medical Emergency:

In case of medical emergencies requiring cancellation, you must provide:

• Valid medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner
• Submit the certificate within 48 hours of cancellation request
• Medical emergency cancellations may receive more favorable refund terms (subject to verification)

6. Group Booking Cancellations

For group bookings (10+ people):

• Special cancellation terms apply as per the group booking agreement
• Partial cancellations (individual members) may be allowed with reduced charges
• Minimum group size must be maintained; falling below minimum may incur additional charges
• Group leaders must submit cancellation requests on behalf of the group

7. Hotel and Transportation Cancellations

For standalone hotel or transportation bookings:

• Cancellation policies vary based on the specific hotel or service provider
• Most hotels have a 48-72 hour cancellation window
• Some premium properties and houseboats may have stricter policies
• Details will be provided in your booking confirmation

8. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To cancel your booking or request a refund:

3. Provide your original payment details for refund processing
