By booking any Kashmir tour package with flydivinetreasurekash through our website https://flydivinetreasure.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Our Services

flydivinetreasurekash specializes in Kashmir tour packages. We provide:

Complete Kashmir tour packages
Accommodation (hotels/houseboats)
Local transportation within Kashmir
Sightseeing and guided tours
Meals as per package

Please Note: We do not sell flight tickets, train tickets, or bus tickets. Transportation to and from Kashmir is not included in our packages and must be arranged by you separately.

2. Booking Your Kashmir Tour

To book a tour package with us:

Choose your preferred Kashmir tour package from our website
Contact us via email, phone, or WhatsApp to confirm availability
Provide your travel dates and number of travelers
Pay the advance amount (25-50% of package cost)
Receive booking confirmation via email
Pay the remaining balance 7 days before your tour starts

3. Payment Terms

Advance Payment: 25-50% required to confirm booking
Balance Payment: Due 7 days before tour departure
Payment Methods: Bank transfer, UPI, online payment
Last-Minute Bookings: Full payment required if booking within 7 days

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST.

4. What's Included in Your Package

Your Kashmir tour package typically includes:

Accommodation (hotels/houseboats as per itinerary)
Private vehicle with driver for local sightseeing
Meals (breakfast/dinner as specified in package)
Sightseeing to places mentioned in itinerary
All toll taxes, parking fees, driver allowances

5. What's NOT Included

Flight/train/bus tickets to reach Kashmir
Return tickets from Kashmir
Lunch (unless specified in package)
Personal expenses (shopping, telephone, laundry)
Entry tickets to monuments and gardens (unless specified)
Adventure activities (gondola rides, skiing, rafting etc.)
Tips to drivers, guides, hotel staff
Travel insurance
Anything not mentioned in the package inclusions

Important: You must arrange your own transportation to reach Kashmir (flights to Srinagar or train/bus to Jammu). Our tour starts once you arrive in Kashmir and ends when your Kashmir tour concludes.

6. Your Responsibilities

Bring valid government photo ID (Aadhaar/Passport/Driving License)
Reach Kashmir on your tour start date
Arrive on time at meeting points
Take care of your personal belongings
Respect local culture and customs of Kashmir
Follow tour guide instructions
Inform us about health issues or dietary requirements at booking time

7. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your Kashmir tour package:

30+ days before tour: 10% cancellation charge
15-29 days before: 25% cancellation charge
8-14 days before: 50% cancellation charge
4-7 days before: 75% cancellation charge
Less than 4 days: No refund

8. Changes to Your Tour

If You Want to Change:

Date changes possible with ₹1,000-₹2,500 fee (if requested 7+ days before tour)
Changes subject to availability
Contact us in writing via email

If We Need to Change:

We may change hotels to similar standard if original is unavailable
Tour routes may change due to weather or road conditions
We will inform you of any major changes
Similar quality alternatives will be provided

9. Weather and Unforeseen Events

Kashmir weather can be unpredictable. In case of:

Heavy snowfall blocking roads
Landslides or road closures
Political disturbances
Natural disasters
Government restrictions

We will try to provide alternatives or reschedule. However, we are not responsible for expenses due to these situations (hotel stays while waiting, extra food costs, etc.).

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend buying travel insurance to protect yourself from unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, and trip disruptions.

10. Our Limitations

We are not responsible for delayed/cancelled flights or trains
Not liable for lost or stolen personal belongings
Not responsible for accidents during activities you choose to do on your own
We work with hotels and transport providers; any issues with their service should be reported immediately
Cannot guarantee exact timings due to traffic, weather, or other factors
